Daisuke and Ken end up becoming the best of friends. He was the first person
to forgive Ken for what he did, and to ask him to join the team.
He and Ken are also DNA Evolution partners, which allows them to help their Digimon reach the next level. Overall, Ken spends most of his time with Daisuke than with any of the others.
It takes Iori a lot of time to get over what Ken did as the Kaizer.
Overall, they don't ineract much. Even after Iori's over it.Whilst their Digimon, Armadimon & Wormmon seem to be quite happy spending time together, they'd much rather keep away. Iori does, however, receive an invite to Ken's party still.
Ahem..... Right.... Yes, Miyako. Miyako is infatuated with Ken.
She told everyone she 'loved' Ken when she saw him on TV.
But! She'd never met him before, so at the time, it was only
based on his fame or his looks. He didn't show much personality
on TV at all really. When she found out he was the Kaizer, she also found it a little hard to forgive, even if she did do so quickly. Perhaps not so much as Iori, but the rest of the team were still easier on him, to me.
Takeru is one of the ones who helped Ken see sense.
He showed him that Ken wasn't invincible as the Kaizer,
and brute strength wouldn't take him anywhere. Takeru's passion
for caring about Patamon may also have helped. After all that, Takeru was pretty friendly with Ken. He didn't make as much contact with him as Daisuke, but he was still there if he needed his help.
As far as I'm concerned, Hikari was the other person who
helped Ken see the light (No pun intended). She too, can
see the Dark Ocean, just like Ken.Hikari has been there for Ken a fair few times - Such as when Ken tried to close the portal to the Dark Ocean for good - She was the first to rush up and help him. When Wormmon was near deletion, she and Tailmon were the first to get close to him. When Ken laughed for the first time after the Kaizer incident, she was the one to comment on how he should laugh more. Overall, I think Hikari and Ken share a deep connection. ....Perhaps more deep than the show ever let on. |
